Hi all, I just got a job offer at PwC for a senior consultant position. The salary is 30% above my total comp right now, but I’m just worried about the amount of work I will have to put in compared to my amazing work life balance now. Does anyone have any experience moving from industry to consulting? I need some advice on what to do. I’m still early in my career (1.4yoe) so I feel like I shouldn’t care too much about wlb, but at the same time, I don’t want my mental health to suffer either.
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I've seen people go from AE to AD in 3-4 years, but usually combination of very capable people (good at both strat and client management) plus high pressure agencies that can't afford to lose them. I can't say whether their salaries truly reflected their titles
Thank you :)
No chance, if you only have 1 year of experience as an AM you will not land a director position in any reputable company. Try again in 4-6 years time.
Ah, thanks AS! Appreciate it
