The same usual bonus for EY India folks. Doesn't at all add up to the chest thumping we do as a practice during the town halls.
On top of this remote working ki naam pe bijli ka bill 10k per mahina aa rha hain. And the tech salaries pumping inflation in the economy. The same place which was available for a 35k is quoting 50k. I wish atleast the hike is inflation beating :/

How do digital nomads work from anywhere? After two years of this whole WFH thing, I realize that I need a proper routine, an actual WFH setup with a second monitor, a ring light, a suitable desk, an ergonomic chair, stationery, etc.

Don't get me wrong, I love the flexibility of remote work, and I'm not sure I will ever go back to 5 days a week in an office (or even one day a week, for that matter.) But, how do digital nomads adapt by packing up and going so frequently between places?

I decalred FBP, and the amount got deducted from my salary.

I’m a first-time prospective lateral likely to get an offer shortly. I just received a lateral questionnaire that requests billable hours, rates, fees collected, etc. for the last three years. So, recently got put on a PIP after six months at my new job., two days after I told my boss and HR I recently learned I have a cognitive disability caused by an illness. I prepped the doc accordingly, but instead of wanting to discuss it, he said I have 4 weeks to “turn things around” - without giving any new info on what I’ve done wrong - esp given I wrote my goals based on this same feedback from last week??
