Hi I have 1 year experience in SAP Fico in capgemini and have ctc of 4.25 lakhs. I cleared two technical rounda where deep domain related questions were asked and it seems interview went very well and told I be getting Hr call for further process. Fishes please tell me how much hike should I ask from infosys for Associate consultant : SAP Fico position? I was thinking to ask 100 percent hike ie. 8.5 lakhs. I read on glassdoor the avg salary is 8.5 lakhs. Please help me how much hike should i ask Capgemini

Don’t bother signing an NDA unless there’s a year of salary with it
Absolutely do not signing anything, especially if there may be legal or criminal outcomes with the company. Look into whistleblower protections and report any illicit activity to the proper authorities.
What exactly are they saying you will get by signing an NDA? I wouldn't be signing anything. It sounds like they know they are a bit of a disaster and rather than do something about it, they'll just keep sweeping it under the rug. I'm sorry you find yourself unemployed, but I'm glad you're free of that place.
The NDA is basically saying for me not to divulge any of the BS, particularly non-compliant and illegal acts, that I know is happening, not to collaborate with anyone who wants to sue them, and not saying anything malicious about that location for 4 weeks of pay. I’m not signing a thing.

I am really sorry to hear that. I have been job hunting for 8 months now so I know how much it sucks. That being said, it sounds like this may end up being better for you in the long run. That place sounds like a nightmare.

I would feel deeply unsettled by that. When organisations silence the one function designed to protect them and their people, it usually signals deeper dysfunction. I would focus on protecting my reputation and long-term career, not their comfort.

Amanda closure agreement just means that you wanna go talk to anybody else about their business especially a competitor. But if there is inside stuff going on, you are protected by a whistleblower law. And as long as there’s no compete clause, you sign with them that’s fine. It’s just an NDA that you’re not gonna go blab their information so I wouldn’t be worried about it.
