My position as an HR director was “eliminated” with a 2yr NDA (if I sign). This place desperately needs an HR role. This facility has a history of failed attempts of managing and mitigation their HR nightmares due to their internal staff “winging it” through HR functions, but found a way to get rid of the one who actually knows WTH they are doing to keep themselves out of hot water because my presence would expose them. Right before the holidays I’m job hunting for anything. Thoughts?
