My recruiter told me I’d be eligible for a performance based bonus this cycle when I was going through the process, but just spoke with my compensation counselor and he told me I wasn’t. Does anyone know when you have to start at EY to be eligible for the PBB?

Guys, I had very less HRA for April 2022 till August 2022. I was showing 1 lac annual rent .I joined new organisation in sept and now HRA is 43000 per month. Would that be okay to show high rent as 30000 per month to my wife as landlord. Earlier I was paying 9000 rs per month to different landlord. @ IBM

For a top Producer of 3 years, is it appropriate to now ask for a raise in my base pay? Base was 42,500 when I started, but now inflation + 2 children later the base pay barely gets me by. Any thoughts are greatly appreciated!

My joining date mentioned in IBM Offer letter which I received just a while ago is second week of November, 2021. However, I have 90 days notice period. It also says to accept within 3 days and a clause is written that joining date can be revised only till 5 days. Will ibm revise my joining date ?
