My staff gets paid $11.25 an hour our corporate office REFUSES to give them a raise. We’re a gym located in the Las Vegas airport. It is expensive and hard to get to. These kids don’t get paid enough to be here and it’s a constant revolving door and battle for me to get them to show up. Idk what to do anymore no one wants to work for such a low wage. Anyone else delt with this or have suggestions?

I make around 50k which is alright but its hectic as there’s too many tickets and not enough personnel. I heard this is common but I’m not sure.
