Any ideas on the pay range for the US Regional Meetings Lead Amgen? I’ve been agency based for quite a long time. I have worked with Amgen previously, currently serving another pharma, but looking to make the leap to the client side. Trying to see if the pay would be worth it at this juncture.

You can’t put a price on your mental health. If the change excites you outside of potentially making slightly less every year, it’d be worth it to have explore. Life is too short to be stuck, imho.
THIS, 100%!!!
You’re very unhappy in your job and have been offered a new one with a salary increase. A bonus is never guaranteed. Say yes and go enjoy your life!
OP I can completely relate. very unhappy at my job too (really hope it doesn’t take me years to find a new one. Doing so would severely damage my mental health. The only reason I stay is to avoid losing money by being unemployed…) and would be thrilled with the offer. Do it. Escape the bad job/manager/workplace! Your mental health will thank you.
Thank you all for your responses. I decided to accept the role and am extremely happy about the decision.
CONGRATS! That’s so exciting to hear! Good luck and please keep us updated so the rest of us can have some hope 🤣
Trust your gut. Do you have an emergency fund? Would this impact any budgets or goals you have? If the answer is no, be proud of yourself and take the leap. Leaving a role that makes you unhappy is worth every penny in my experience but having a strong foundation as a backup makes that possible.
The reward is not always immediate. Happiness matters in this life. I do agree with the other person replying, trust yourself. You sound like someone who is trying to grow and that matters too. It isn’t always money, which I know is easier to say than to live without. But really trust yourself.
