Where is the best street to go bar hopping?
I got a remote L6 SWE offer at Google but the RSUs are too low for that level ($625k over 4 years), could not negotiate it higher. I’ve accepted the offer but trying to be hopeful that I could make it more equitable in the future if I perform well. Are stock refreshers based on the initial RSU grant or solely based on performance? Google

If you’re white like me it’s so important to realize that we were raised in a society where institutionalized racism is normalized, and we were born with privilege. You can’t choose the color of your skin, but you can choose to put ego aside and reflect on why this isn’t happening to me, and be vocal about being anti-racist.

You don't actually have the other job yet. It's just a potential, so go interview and see what happens before stressing
Dont. It's bidnez. Do you!
Zero harm in taking the dream interview
Take the call/interview with dream job. ODAAT. You never know....
Thank you! It's a creative planning role where I'd be the idea/campaign lead (which is basically my favourite part of the job).
Do it. Not worth putting aside your dreams for some company that can't/won't fulfill them. Job hunting is tricky cause the timing is never perfect, the fastest offer often wins. It you've got something better, I think most would understand why you'd jump over.
Do it!
Do the interview. Kill it. Get the offer. Then worry.
All the best.
Go in and interview. VERY LEAST it's networking. You never know, they may not even offer it - or the other role could fall through.
Don't forget: you are on trial period at your agency and same goes for them. If they weren't happy about your work or some internal reference came along, they wouldn't hesitate dropping you.
Bottom line is this...it's a cold business, even the nicest place given a better opportunity or a downturn wouldn't hesitate to screw you. Take the best job available and don't worry about which or why
