What's the salary range for a director at the Gilead Sciences foundation? There is a position perfect for me, but I don't want to throw my hat in the ring if starting salary isn't $180-190k. Also, any thoughts on the stability of their philanthropic commitment? There's talk of a recession; I don't want to go private to be cute a few months later.
Thoughts on Martin as it is now?

When we interview for PMs, the first thing we ask is what product have you shipped in your previous role? At startups especially, we need people coming in that know how to do the job because we don't have the luxury of time to teach them how to do it.
Pick the role that will help you ship a product.

Well, we have to return it of course if we quit. It’s leased for us by the company - gas, insurance, accidents covered which is what makes the TC even out between the two. But thinking ACN might teach a wider range of skills, albeit at the price of more hours.
A lot of different jobs can lead you to a PM role, I will see a position as better fit to be honest just because you might be expose to some PMs there, and can be part of some product management activities and the brand too.
At the end of the day rather than the job I will say it’s also insuring that you are developing the right skills, knowledges and mindset to get there so if not on the job, being proactive on the side and learn it yourself.
I see being Analyst as a good starting point for your goal, analyst are likely to be exposed or working along PMs, also good brand on your CV
