How did you bag 4 offers at the same time? Insane..
Lots of interviewing these past 2-3 months....
What’s the first company? I’m def into that
Posts like these frustrate me. If the main thing is money then the answer is fairly clear.
Ask real questions based on your priorities for a new job.
People value different things so the answer isn’t the same for all. What do you want most? What draws you to these jobs beyond money?
I think the work and certainty or uncertainty and benefits are all important. I do care about retirement as well so the 401k match is important as additional value. 3's work is definitely structured and i feel i will learn a lot about cloud, azure and related services...maybe open doors down the road. 4 is interesting as unknown... I think there's definitely pressure there for me to start it from scratch and that made me a bit nervous when the hr talked about it..
Which company work are you most interested?? That would help
Go with 4 due to stock options and new project, would learn a lot more unless you’re trying to just aim for as much stability as possible then 3
The work for 4 is brand new and I am not sure what key tech will be used vs 3's more structured MS products. Overall TC is comparable to 3 but on the other hand the work is new and a bit unknown and thats scaring me a bit. They are all tech positions.
Any advice? Also, what lever can I pull to negotiate? More stocks? I do need to pay back the 10k retention bonus...
How thoug? Just tell them what I got and see their counter or say I will sign if you pay xyz?
Option one if it were a real full 5 day work week would be ~200k... or no?
Yeah then take that pay by 5 days to make it comparable... good offers mate
2 or 3
For the first company, is it client work or internal? I only ask because 4 day work week sounds nice until it doesn’t really exist cause deadlines.
The company prides itself in that and says they tell customer that's their culture....

Sounds like 3 is the best to me but maybe I am biased towards the cloud tech.
Thats what drew me in. The benefits is pretty poor but nothinga perfect.
I’d take #4
