I joined Capgemini on 4th September and resigned on 8th September.

I am in bench now and also in notice period. How many days do I need to go to office and also how many hours do I need to spend in office?

Also the days I am working from home is there any laptop time capture software? Else what work do I need to do?

I am currently expecting, have informed my team. Since the organisation is in hybrid mode, when discussed earlier i was told that it is flexible in terms of wfh depending on my health condition. I have family members who are inside claims reps for a large company. The company sends out emails 4 times/day showing who is currently not available for calls. To everyone working in claims in the entire country! It’s been a minute since I worked in claims. And never for this particular company. But is this shaming the new way to manage WFH.? Sounds at least toxic.

I recently joined Capgemini at 13.5 LPA along with 1 lakh as joining bonus. It was a jump from 6.5 and I have 4 YOE with 2 yrs in React JS
Two questions that's been bothering me -

Did I settle for less as I can see people taking even bigger jumps with less experience?
