I don’t have a lot of great suggestion on what to do. Have gone through the same thing most of my life and it’s gotten more pushed to the front lately. The feeling of not really wanting to, but being so tired of everything to the point I don’t know what to do. It’s overwhelming and hope something helps you.
Even though you feel as if Suicidal ideations are not an issue at this time because you have no plan it certainly is. If this is consuming your mind with many thoughts daily it is an issue. This is not a normal feeling and if talk therapy is not working I would highly recommend telling your therapist so she could find you immediate resource’s. In addition, I would see a Psychiatrist. Is there any recommendations for Intensive Outpatient services? I would consider and talk with your therapist regarding where to go. if you are realizing something is wrong your are acknowledging it which is the first step. Make sure you are your own advocate fight for yourself. You are not wrong and you are normal. Please reach out for help and take your mental health seriously.
