Unf, I haven’t found any great exits in meantime to leverage ext offer and I have a perf check-in coming up. How would you play your cards?

Is our industry as competitive as some say? I see a lot of people saying this and I work with a bunch of hacks (myself included). It felt like a little while ago agencies were begging to hire new talent, and most couldn’t find new people. Is it really that hard to get a job at an agency? Maybe I’m just out of touch being in this career for so long.

How did you learn those skills, and what types of documents do you speed read in practice?
