Never join Virtusa. They are hiring people but putting many of them on the bench because they don’t have enough projects. Most of their projects are getting closed within 1–2 months. I am also currently stuck in this situation.

If you have an opportunity to join TCS with a client project, I would recommend choosing TCS instead of Virtusa.
