I have some good ex colleagues who moved over there and also looked up on LinkedIn and see lots of seemingly smart and accomplished people in their D&A team in the UK.
I'll ask my ex colleagues too, but wanted to see if people here have any opinion or information on this too.

Depends on firm and specialism in the UK. Varies as some have sign off rights (treated as junior partners) others are glorified but very well paid senior managers. I would expect upwards of £150k though.
Thank you. I heard scare stories of Director pay being around £95k so I wanted to check
I seem to remember KPMG paid our director £130k (ish) - only reason I know is because I was involved in some acquisition work. I think most places senior manager starts at £85/90k so most directors should be six figures if we take that logic
I do know that there are some big four practices that start the Director band at £95k. I know that a seniorish Director would get £150k+. Common range is £115-130k
