New on Zillow Rental Manager, does anyone have any tips? And what is your typical acceptable credit score range? Or do you go case by case basis? TIA

625 or abvove. But i did recently accept tenants who were below that. When reviewing their credits reports, they were lacking of credit history hence the low score (instead of bankruptcy or late payments). Every other qualification looked ok

like

Havent run into that before....

When it comes to credit scores, the range of acceptance usually varies by region and individual policy. Some landlords may accept lower credit scores, but require other evidence of a tenant's creditworthiness. You can set an appropriate credit score threshold for your situation and take other factors into account when considering tenants.

Feedback from partners and directors needed for public accounting research question. I am curious what your feelings are on the current staffing situation in public accounting. Is there really a serious shortage in staffing? If so, do you think it is affecting the profitability of accounting firms (and/or partners individually)? And if so, what is preventing partners and directors from making changes to HR policies in response? I would love to get your thoughts and opinions on this. Thx!

I’m pretty responsive for things they need help with like laundry machine got broken or pantry doors fell off. So I had sent people to fix those maintenance and repair issues.

But light burbs? Srlsy? They are grown up people (fresh out of college girls)

I thought it adds value to have whirlpool tub. But can’t even change fixture. Should I get rid of it?

Due to a family situation we are looking to move to a different state. Normally we would sell our current home and buy a new home in our new location. However, with todays prices and interest, will it make more sense to rent out our current home and rent a home ourselves vs. selling and buying immediately when we move? We are moving from Vegas to Sacramento and we are not sure how long we would stay in the new area. Thoughts?
