I have been shortlisted for AC role and my HR discussion is scheduled next week.
1. Need some insights on the maximum and minimum ctc (fixed and variable) that can be offered for 3 yoe (all relevant) . My current ctc is 7.2 (6.5 fixed) . Tech stack - Big data and AWS developer.
2. Is there any joining bonus. If yes , what should be the ask.

I have 7.3 YOE and my Tech Stark is SAP UI5/ Fiori Developer.
I currently have 2 offers in hand, one from Sopra Steria, Technical Lead 2B - CTC 18.6 LPA which is completely fixed and the other offer is from Capgemini, Manager C2- CTC 18 LPA(Variable 10%) and joining bonus 50k.
Please help me by suggesting which one I can go forward with.

Assuming you’re talking about in-house, yes you should be comfortable with the salary range before moving forward with the interview process. Everything is theoretically negotiated at the offer stage, but know that the bonus level is tied to level at many companies and thus not negotiable. It doesn’t hurt to ask though.
If you don't agree with the range and have an absolute bottom dollar you need, I'd offer that up at the beginning. If not, you likely will waste everyone's time. Granted, it's possible they might be able to make adjustments at the end stage if it's not much above, but most in-house role have a tight budget. Real expectations should be set early on.
