I have been reading a few articles talking about how FAANG isn’t as lavish as it used to be. My first question is if that is true? If it is true, my second question is what companies out there have the pay, benefits, and perks like FAANG? My last question is if it is as difficult to get into those companies? Any agencies looking for SoundCloud rappers?
That would be slightly less outdated
Gurus and ninjas, please follow the rockstars to the door.

Not. Even. Kidding.
I wish I'd saved some of the job descriptions I've seen over the years. There's bad. There's pretentious. And then there's late '00s digital marketing job descriptions.
Everyone wants a rockstar, but when I show up to work hungover and throw a tv at the wall, suddenly it's a problem...
Lol. How about that agency that wants you to come play in a highly caffeinated playground 🤢
I do

RIP rock i miss it
I 101% agree. However, what do you do if you actually are a rockstar who happens to enjoy other aspects of the creative game (rockstars actually prefer to be called musicians these days anyhow) plus you're totally correct NOBODY DOES LISTEN TO ROCK MUSIC THESE DAYS!!! So that's 30 years of learning to play guitar almost wasted then... Good job ive always been a blues player mostly then... Nobodys been listening to blues for 60 years... Good job I learned to play (did my grade 8 in 1995) the thing because I simply love it then... So I digress to my question... What does a RockStar say he does when some silly agency advertises they want a Rockstar this or that??? There's also no such thing called a salary in the music game, essentially you're a sales rep who works on commission...
