Non-Profit vs Corporate.

I’ve spent the last decade of my career in the Non-profit space and I think I’m ready to jump to corporate to chase the dollars. My friend moved from government to the corporate world and her salary increased $80k. So I know mine would exponentially.

Any thoughts? I enjoy the slower pace of being at a non-profit, but there’s a lot here that annoys me as well. Every day lol.

I’m a new associate working for a well-known defense attorney in my state. On one hand, I’m thankful for the opportunity to learn from one of the best, but he also excoriates and belittles me for my mistakes. Any advice on how much it tolerable? I am here to learn and advance my career but he can be pretty nasty.
