To suss out whether it’s reasonable, we’ll need a bit more about the company’s numbers and the team or portfolio you’ll be managing.
Just knowing the role or title doesn’t quite cut the mustard.
And yes, the title seems a tad over-egged for the compensation, unless we’re talking about a small outfit or a modest portfolio.
Quite a lot for the compensation, but if it is an upgrade for you I would take it. Right now the market is not good at all, so not the best moment to get a better deal anyway.
Background is in construction? Take that offer then look at construction roles with Amazon. We’ll pay a lot more than that.
Fair enough. To your point, they team in the EU will always be traveling somewhere depending on where the site it. It’s the same way in North America as well.
I would say it’s. It as much travel as 2 or so years ago but it’s still pretty regular, 2-3 times a week.
There are absolutely roles that don’t require constant travel. You would have to then decide if you want to remain as a construction manager or leverage your background and experience in a non construction role but still supporting the construction business (such as safety, quality, data and reporting, etc)
