Hello All, I have been selected in the interview at NTT DATA and also submitted documents as requested by Recruiting HR. However , it's been a 10 days after docs submission but haven't received any call from HR for salary negotiation. On email follow up with HR, he said he is on it and will come back to me soon for further process. Any views.NTT DATA
I recently joined TCS but I was moved into very different project which was told during hiring. Also they told me for joining incentive but later after 65 days of joining they didn't give saying your business aproval got rejected. I really want to be with TCS but due to project dissatisfaction, I am looking for different job. I am not sure if I can leave the organisation soo soon(4 months) and it should not effect my carrier.

I think this is a valid grievance though. The objective is to listen from the client, stop interrupting to flex your muscles. There is other time for that
Happens. Suck it up.
Listen now flex later. Also, let the interrupter know that as well before the meeting
Quiet you
Hmm. You gotta look at both sides. I’ve been in numerous situations where the client gave a post-meeting feedback about asking what has already been told. You may be new to this client or project, but clients put the entire consulting vendor in single bucket. Now, it’s a different challenge that some seniors stretch the intervention too far
I'm with you OP... Like we get it you have experience... It's not about you right now ugh
It’s always about me when I’m in the room. Joking aside and possibly stating the obvious but client interviews are also about relationship building, not just extracting info
