Companies hire employees based on the skills and their performance in interviews. If the companies are willing to pay and hire the people who are switching often, then there's nothing wrong with it.
Often we forget that we are paid for our services, and are replaced the moment we leave because companies work for profits. So loyalty is good, but advancing in career and getting the right value for your skills is not wrong either. Just remember to give the best of your services, while you work in that organisation.
Nothing wrong with this, if the employer appreciates work of his employee then this stage wouldn't have came
Still in India 50% of IT employees are underpaid
Rising Star
As service based companies have a huge share in the market
There is nothing to boast about being in the same company or having only switched a few times or switching multiple times.
It all boils down to
If you are happy at where you are working and getting paid enough then no need of switch...
If not switch....
Please remember the starting package of the freshers in most IT companies in India has not changed for almost 15-20 years.. So now is the time for correction...
Even if you consider only 6% inflation for the last 20 years the freshers package should be at least 9.5L to beat the inflation.
But I do get the part where it hits the saturation...
+1
.
+1 in 6 years 2 companies
You might got some peace at work. I am also expecting a stable position in my career I worked 4 years in same company and switched due to salary and now I want switch because of peace

What's wrong in that?

And this is correction in the market
Nothing wrong. It's all about knowing your worth and getting justly compensated for your efforts and skills. The company is not doing you any social service, neither are you. Its simply a matter of cause and effect.
