Now that the summer is over I’m hoping this positively impacts the amount of staff in on one day I feel it’s overwhelming with summer vacations and coverage ! How’s your job handle coverage ?

What length of vacation do you usually take? I’m a big fan of taking many 4 day weekends (instead of 1 or 2 longer vacays) but apparently those aren’t encouraged in the Big Law world?

I had IVF process to get pregnant. During pre- embryo transfer we were told that girl embryo is being transferred. Currently I am 18 week pregnant. Any advice for monitoring employees while working from home? Our phone system works from an app in our cells and we have remote access to our files and computers.
