I say excellent organizational skills, patience, loyalty, and empathetic understanding.
I would say the top skills are: intuitive vision, business savvy, and have an analytical mind.
Communication skills come first, in my opinion. Then organizational and project management skills, market research skills, and adaptability.

Communication skills, management skills, leadership skills, and organizational skills. The skills you've said to your mom are considered important as well.

You are not wrong about it. They are pretty useful skills. Just keep a positive mind and attitude :)
