TBWA NY recruiter?
Do recruiters ever reply to any of these threads
Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Honestly, the “old” way still exists, but it’s just one channel now. The stuff that seems to work better: referrals, building relationships with hiring managers or peers, being visible in communities, and tailoring applications hard instead of spraying and praying.
Be selective in what you are applying to. Don’t waste time where you aren’t meeting most of what they are looking for. Networking, focusing on your skills and what you did in a role, and anything you specialize in. All that said, it’s not easy. The market is oversaturated, and even doing everything right will take time.
