Really? When I call I get the message "we see you usually manage your account online, would you like to be transferred directly to a customer service rep". Perks of being low maintenance, I guess?
I cancelled my Amex due to this. It happens all the time now. Awful.
What's with their auto voice customer service system? Never detects what I say and extremely inflexible!
Horrible lately! Once I got transferred around so many times I'd end up with people I had already spoke to before, and given how many people work for them I was shocked that could even happen
I call and I get a human within 10 seconds of entering my card number. No idea what you guys are talking anout
