Hello, I am working in HCL Technologiesas L1 resource my CWL is nagpur but I want to change my working location . It was changed a few months back but they have referred back to nagpur again saying because of some policies so I asked for a project change thought it may be useful for location change, it's been 23 months in my current project I asked for release but my sdm is not willing to release. I cannot travel back to Nagpur vijaywada is my nearest location. Please suggest how I can proceed.

There must have been something in the air today (pun intended!). I learned that after we reach a "safe altitude to move about the cabin" the pilot typically sounds two beeps to let the FAs known. Most of the time the pilot or the FA then make the announcement that the seat belt still on but you can move blah blah. So today the two beeps came on. I waited a couple of minutes and no announcement but the FA got up. So I get up to get my laptop and she leaped towards me and told me to not get up because the seatbelt light was on. So I said, I understand - just need to get my bag. And she got a little louder and said but the seatbelt light is on. I calmly said "Right .. And you're standing. I'll get my laptop and I'll be careful when opening the overhead as things my have shifted during take off. Then I'll go back to seat, buckle my belt and wait for the pilot to tell us it's ok for us to move around the cabin. Does that work? The FA gave me a fake smile, nodded, said thank you and walked away.

Yeah I'm super chill I thought he should have handled it differently. I didn't challenge him but he threatened me right off. Look we all work hard and have good and bad days. I wouldn't respond cause then it's what they want to prove that they have just cause. I buckled back up and was quiet. But just cause you think you can demean someone to make yourself look 👀 better or ego boost that's wrong. I just hate bullies is all.
