One developer and 4 managers. What do you say about project planning here?

Would a full time copywriter salary be higher for client side vs. agency side? Debating with a couple friends on it. Some say same. Some say lower at each. NYC. I know there are variables but...

Just wrapped up a deal with a regular client (although the client’s deal teams vary). I’m a Junior and did a lot of the emailing back and forth with the client and with the other side. Is it appropriate for me to add the client deal team members on LinkedIn? What about the lawyers on the other side?

How would you rate the freelance market at the moment? I’ve recently quit fulltime, and beyond a couple of my own (LLC) short client projects - I’ve had zero agency freelance over the summer.
I have 10 years exp (2.5 as CD on well known brands) at respected agencies, and some awards.

I just recently worked 58.6 hours in a week, weekly pay, nice OT profit right? Depends on where you live.

In Iowa, there is no Overtime pay mandate, the overtime pay is at the discretion of the business. I received 58.6 hours of base pay for the week.

If the company makes less than $1 million per year or does not engage in intercontinental sales, the company is not required to pay the overtime rate of time and a half, just your base rate.

I have a partner who routinely ignores emails or responds to them several weeks later. He has to approve every single document sent to the client or the court, which means you have a physically go to his office to ask him to review something. Half of the time you go to meet with him in person, he’s either on a call or otherwise busy. I find that this basically creates more work and makes meeting deadlines extremely difficult. Currently, in accenture. I have had very bad billable hours and not much achievement this fiscal year. I am worried of getting fired, so i applied for another job. Got offered may be 5% above my current pay with 5k bonus, but in lower level at Deloitte. I think working lower level will give me more opportunities to learn as i think i have lot to learn. I made decision based on my gut and accepted the offer. I have not talked to anyone on accenture side yet. What you think?
