I'm interviewing with KKR for a Principal role in their real estate group. All online salary resources are all in alignment with a total comp of $200k+. I'm assuming based on the average salary reported across these portals for principal that those figures apply to the RE group as well. I have received 3 offers from 3 companies for PM role in the last week with my preferred company offering the least.

I just wanted to know if any of you rejected an offer or did not join a company because of the 90 day notice period? My initial 2 companies had 1 month notice but my current organization has 3 months so i think I'm not getting enough calls from good companies.
