I just got a call from KLA Company's HR that I have cleared final round and there is a HR round today evening for salary discussions.
The role is for Frontend Developer(Angular).
I have 3.1 years of experience.
CCTC - 13.2 LPA (all fixed)
Holding offer of 17.5 from service company in Pune.
Does anybody have any reviews for this company for the s/w department?
How much should I ask?
What are the other ways I can negotiate? Like do they provide RSUs?

If it’s anything like Floyd Skeren the billable is 250/mo. Craziness. Comp hours aren’t litigation hours, but that number is still absurd. If it’s closer to 200/mo, then it’s a cakewalk with all the appearances and medical records.
Thank you so much I appreciate the Input I had no idea how work comp billable works, input was really helpful. Are there any other suggestions as far as learning how the billable work in work comp?
Plus you have stacks of medical records of variable utility arising from all the lien treatment you can bill for and report on, then one or more IME reports, etc. No real motion practice.
