Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Don’t do FSO unless you want to be miserable. FSO’s culture is toxic, people are negative and always complaining. Under staffed and you will work wayyy more than people in commercial. You will rarely feel appreciated.
I’m in FSO and honestly it feels pretty limiting. I’m currently at a career cross roads and trying to decide what to do, bc eventually working towards being a controller a fund or partner do not seem appealing to me. Hours are brutal, but summers are cool unless you get on a 6/30 FOF. If you have other direct questions feel free to DM me
