Big time Barry’s fan. It’s a lot more intense and the combo of weights and treadmill is a solid workout (which I like and feel is more efficient use of my time). Def worth it, if you can afford / expense it. Also, check to see if your employer has a GymPass plan (which includes Barry’s unlimited at the higher priced plans)
Whichever you will stay consistent with the longest.
OT is more fun and friendly IMO. I also like the variety of stations and how instructors take time to correct your form. Barry’s feels a bit exclusive and has the vibe of taking itself too seriously

OTF for nearly 8 years, keep challenging yourself and use the back weight rack. Im loving how toned it’s made me!
Orange theory
OTF for several years. Especially if you travel, it’s amazing. They have more studios in more places and it’s a great way to stay on top of your routine when you travel.
I like both - the tracking of stats at orange theory is a big motivator. Barry’s is good although a little cramped at times and focuses on speed rather than form.
Both are good for different reasons. I like Barry classes more but ended up getting a OTF membership because of price. Barry’s has better music and I love their protein shakes. Also I like that they focus on different things each day. Much more of a lululemon/ hot girl crowd. OTF is a more well rounded workout with instructors that actually correct form. It’s normally a full body workout. A more varied crowd, I feel more comfortable in regular gym clothes.
