Recently I have been looking for a job switch. I have recieved an offer from a startup company whose client is hpe. HR round was taken by a HPE manager too. They told they have 25-30 employees in hpe. They have other clients like Deloitte, PWC .
He told after 6-8 months of performance I can be in direct payroll with HPE.
So is it a good idea to join ?
Or shall I look for other jobs ? Please help ..

The problem is I just relocated to Pune for my wife's work, we have set up our house here and now if I accept offer I again have to relocate to Bangalore because they aren't offering WFH. Looking to transition out of Management Consulting and going into big tech in NYC. Ideally, I would love to go in as a PMM; however I’ve heard it’s very difficult to make that jump if you don’t have a degree in engineering or CS (I’m a liberal arts graduate and in the final year of a part-time mba). I’m a first year analyst in RFA with deloitte and have really hated my experience so far. Both my projects have been a lot longer than they stated and I have learned 0 skills from either of them. I’m really just doing the same task every day and I feel like my undergrad degree is going to waste. I have a couple interviews in an MBB role and a Tier 2 tech but I also want to keep applying to other companies just in case. Does anyone know companies that are in a hiring frenzy right now?
