I have given an interview with Infosys on 2nd July and currently in portal it shows the status as 'Review in Progress' .Could any one let me know how many days it usually takes to get an update or does this mean they are interviewing other candidates for the same role .I have mailed the HR but no response from him.
Appreciate your comments/ suggestions on the same.

Need few valuable suggestions on below situation.
One guy A joined as a fresher in Wipro for 3.5LPA(been 3 months around, no project allocated yet),
And then an offer was in pipeline with Y and finally received an offer with 5LPA and the role is related to cyber security.
Note: pf account is already created by wipro and Y is a good mnc though Any suggestions on how to handle this situation?

Don’t take this the wrong way, but with your background shouldn’t you be telling us what roles to take in tech? Product, Engineering, GTM, Strategy, what kinds of teams do you want to lead?
You’d probably be up for director level exits to say Google (which other than a few folks who managed VP switches, typically MDPs) is a great outcome. Total comp in the 700k range. If you’re really up for MDP then that is 1.2-1.3m a year guaranteed for your first three years. That’s the trade off money wise.

Have you compared the number of hours worked. By and large Google works less than consulting.

With your level of experience and likely the network you’ve built; I’d reach out to one, two (no more than three) people you trust within your network and have a discussion for where your skill sets attained over your career could best be a fit at one of their companies. Assuming you know someone in FAANG that you could have that candid conversation with, otherwise may see if those you connect with can make a proper introduction.
If you’re worried about the comp, I’m not sure what you make now but we had a SM leave from EY to go work at Google and he’s making about $450k a year. I didn’t know him personally, but it was for a senior role from what my mentor at my firm told me.

I’d stick with MDP, personally.
Very likely will, but see it as a long term commitment so just checking what alternatives could look like before doing so
What level at MS?
Sorry I should have clarified. Based on what you know and if you were to go back at MS, what level would you get / target? 68? 69? 70?
