Fidelity Investments I joined FIL on 08th August 2022 and hence was eligible for appraisal but even after a good feedback, I was told that there is no increment in salary as well as bonus because of "Too Soon To Decide" rating. And this is being followed not just in our team but in whole FIL. This is the first time I am hearing such kind of thing and didn't found any thing like this on "HR Hub". That seems low to me, I would target 140 and accept 120 or higher.
I asked for 120.she said it was good. I'm a 1st year SC.
However I failed the final interview so... Darn
I’ve asked for 140,000 before in Jan pre august, idr which recruiter I was talking to but it was a big4, and she said 140,000 is the salary band for managers. Not sure if we was full of it or not tho.
OP, are you talking with the recruiter still?
