I have it because I get $100 off / year on annual fees as I applied it through a corporate -> personal card offer
Don’t spend enough to make it worth. I also have the Costco citi Visa card which is 3% cash back on dining out / good enough for me.

Are you talking the corporate or the personal card? If you’re thinking about upgrading the corporate and you travel a lot (or anticipate doing so), you might want the AXP instead since it gets you into lounges and has other travel-related benefits as well.
I have a corporate AXP and didn’t feel the need to get the personal Gold or Platinum since my wife and I primarily use the CSR/Freedom Unlimited tandem strategy.

Basically you get the CSR and the Chase Freedom Unlimited. Use the CFU for most daily spend and the CSR for dining and travel, where it accrues more points. You can freely transfer points from the CFU to the CSR portal, where you redeem at a more favorable rate.
Basically the cards’ point multiplier categories are complementary, so you use them accordingly and redeem via the CSR.

I get 3% back on groceries on a different card, and don’t spend enough being just one person and traveling half the time to make the card worth it. I do have CSR/CSP for travel though

If you both dine out at specific restaurants (Cheesecake Factory, shake shack, etc) and order food delivery at least once a month, the benefits from those alone basically bring the annual fee down to $10
If PwC offers an Amex corporate card, then getting the annual fee reduced by $100 makes the card worth it. The Uber credit can be used via pickup to save yourself on the fees which covers the annual fee already. And then the 4% dining/groceries should easily put you in the bonus.
If you already have the chase freedom unlimited, that 3% to 4% differential for dining is hard to overcome since the chase freedom has no annual fee at all, but with that reduced annual fee it’s worth it.
Amex is a restricted entity for us. Many of the perks others get don’t apply to us (like points multipliers). You’re probably ok with just the green card and pay for membership rewards. I believe there are details on HQ to help you decide.
And HR has confirmed as much? That seems unnecessarily harsh and honestly illogical. Here at EY you can still have your loan serviced by an audit client because it’s not like your specific interest payments on a mortgage is swaying any c suite’s decisions. You just can’t own equity in that audit client. That’s like saying you audit Pepsi so purchasing a Coke at giant is a fireable offense…
