Phone interview with the hiring director tomorrow. Should I expect to hear from him that I'm moving on to next/final conversations at the end if all goes well?

Have an upcoming FB loop interview next week. And today i got reached out for another role that i applied at FB, should i bring this out to the hiring manager during the loop? Wondering if this would make any difference perhaps speeding up the decision process. Any thoughts?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

I'm currently interviewing for Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Gen roles. I have all the competencies required and can demonstrate all the skills through examples from my experience.

The issue I keep getting stuck at is my lack of people management experience. I have some people management from early roles, led project teams, agencies, and currently mentor people in the company. However the feedback is always lack of people mgmt exp.

Any tips on getting how to flip the narrative?

So I recently interviewed for an associate PM role with my current company. I’ve been a store manager with them for 11 years. During the interviews, I felt like things were growing great and the feedback I got at the end was great. You’d think given my time knowing the product/ company for so long, that I’d be a great fit but I got rejected and haven’t gotten feedback probably will get ghosted. Should I shoot my shot and advocate for myself with the hiring manager either way?

What KPIs do you give upper management to set hiring expectations for senior tech talent? What tools do you use to calculate/track applicants vs recruiters screens and submissions vs HM interviews which lead to offers?

At what point do you begin to feel numb (if ever) when you’re done trial and prepping for another trial in a span of 3 months, while mains full caseload of other active litigation cases? I’m new to the immigration practice, and recently submitted an I-129 for 15 H-2B landscape workers. I knew the deadline would be close, but I convinced the client that we could take the chance. The cap count was reached after we submitted, so no approval. Is there any other avenue to bring over those workers or is he screwed?

Are there any good movies or novels that show skill development - like follow through? Self-management? Money management? I read a lot of self help books so I know a lot of the theory, and books peppered with examples help, but I feel like most 1 paragraph examples don’t five justice to how hard it may be to change a behavior.
