Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

As an ADC applying this summer for 2022 start, I haven’t gotten a chance to connect with any L.E.K. Consulting members and I really want to get to know the company better before moving on with my application. Any L.E.K. Consulting fish out there willing to spare a few minutes to chat about their work, the company, the culture etc? Thanks!

You will be walking downhill to ACN
Not in ACN Strategy but have some colleagues over there. I would consider them at the bottom of the tier 2 strategy firms / practices (which is still pretty respectable all things considered), but with better work-life balance than the rest of us
If it’s ACN Strategy you’ll definitely get paid better than PwC.
Highly recommended. IBB gets pretty good treatment in being the strategy arm since it’s pretty niche. I know a few people that have been working hard to get in, so if you can get it definitely take the opportunity!
Any insights on better treatment. Do you means it’s just better in general because it’s in strategy or in addition to be in strategy there are addition perks since it’s niche?
P1, looking for candid feedback. I was thinking about thing but this will be on Acn Strategy. Would it still be backwards? Thoughts?
Implied in my other comment, but Accenture Strategy is a step up unless you're coming from S&.
