Please guide: 6 months back I was on resignation in my current company TCS then my CTC was 5.85 LPA, YOE: 5.7. I had 5-6 offers with me highest being 17 LPA. Stayed back in TCS for 12 LPA, role- AWS/Devops. Now after 5 months I've cracked JP Morgan as SRE but they are offering only 20 LPA as fixed and 2L as variable. If I compare, last time it was almost 200% hike while this time it's hardly 80%. I understand last time initial package was low but I still feel amount is not matching brand 'jpmc'!

Six months ago I had brought up the fact I was being underpaid for the job I was doing with now 3 years of experience being the only Engineer on the team and my manager agreed giving me an increase to $90k. My manager is wanting to get me some help and posted a new role modeled after me (3 yrs exp) w/ salary between $88k-$126k. How should I approach my manager about it without looking incredibly greedy?

Got a call from Deloitte HR and she told me that if you're available for an interview right now. I asked I will be available after 8:30 PM or next day before 11 AM she said okay thank you and cut the call. Is this the same company right who wants there employees to serve a stict 90 days notice period. Immediate joiner ka toh suna tha but immediate interview ka scene hai. It looks like companies like Deloitte wants just an employee without knowing there knowledge and skills. What's your views guy
