Please share review of CGI Bangalore as Lead Analyst...Work from home, Hikes, Culture, Bonus etc

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them. I know I'm underpaid (50k/year in the SF Bay Area) but I thought the benefits and stability were worth it. I'm now severely burnt out (most of my team is) and not sure which way to go, or how to grow. Any tips/advice?

I just offered an intern a full time position as an account coordinator with a starting salary of $50k. They have only been an intern for 2 months and have no prior experience. They acted like $50k was a huge slap in the face. Am I crazy for thinking $50k is reasonable for entry level in Toronto? Unreliable coworker help - There’s a coordinator on my team who assists me and the other strategists but literally every time I ask her to help with something she says yes & then waits until the last minute to tell me she wasn’t able to do it/makes up an emergency excuse. Trying to be understanding but this is getting ridiculous- she/parents/dog/boyfriend are sick (8x), forgot about another urgent project (10x), WiFi is down or power is out RIGHT when I ask for help (5x).

How is Flipkart for Work life balance? I have ~5 years of exp and hold an offer of 32 + Stocks. Also the expectation is to know Java but during the interview process , there was no discussion of Java or any questions asked. Although the team has asked me to invest some time in learning Java but I’m skeptical about all of this as the position is Data Engineer II so not sure how the expectations will change. Even if I invest time in learning Java I can be at a beginner level.
