People are saying BP gives more than 100% bonus sometimes, plus BP is a PBC and seeing current market job security is best in BP. Not sure what to choose.

Does anyone else intentionally under withhold to smooth out annual cash flow? I feel like it’s fine as long as you remember to set aside enough of your bonus for the tax man. Gain time value of money, still pay the gov when it’s due. But it feels sketchy for some reason.
