Position: Senior TPM role in Goldman Sachs at a VP level, 10+ YOE

I interviewed with an MD (hiring manager) for a Senior Technical Program Manager position, and the interview was titled "Initial Virtual Interview" that lasted 30 mins.

Now I am being invited for Virtual Panel Interviews with the Data Center & User Building Team, another 3 rounds of interviews, 45 mins each with 3 different people.

Any guidance to prepare for these rounds will be appreciated

Was recently offered comp of 160k with 20% bonus was informed will not receive bonus for 2022 due to time of year (too late based on hiring date) Therefore I'm curious to say if I should be asking for higher salary base or a sign on bonus in lieu of the lack of bonus since I won't be receiving a bonus until 2024 technically?

I can really use some direction. My background, I've worked 2 years in strategy and am currently coming off an exhausting year 2 in investment banking. I didn't particularly enjoy either role and am not interested in moving over to the buy-side or some monotonous FP&A role. Everybody says there's exit-ops aplenty, but I find myself with less options and even more picky than I did as an ambitious T2 undergrad student. Where do I go from here?
