“A bit of a shit show” is an understatement. Like 2/3 of the dept is gone, and they haven’t hired any.
@Strategy Director 1 - It has to do their leadership. I’ve heard some terrible stories but won’t share them here.
Yes overwhelmingly Microsoft (b2b and b2c) but there's other small projects. Culture was amazing a couple years ago and the foundation is still there but it's going through a rough patch. Strategy department is a bit of a shit show right now
I do think it's still one of the best options for ad agency in seattle if you're adamant on Seattle and not working in-house. There just aren't many options in town and Possible is bigger so you have some ability to move around to the right team.
What strategy department is NOT a bit if a shit show right now though?
Culture is more talk than follow through. Very few accounts.
