Hello everyone, I'm a cs grad student graduating in may making a career transition from mechanical eng to cs. I had an internship but its been hard to find a fulltime dev role. I was thinking of taking a lower position at some company and working myself up maybe BI to DA. I would like to work as a dev but a lot of the small companies are offering salaries significantly under 100 for jr dev roles. Any thoughts?

A colleague told me today that Google separates Product Manager and Product Owner as two separate roles. What is the advice on what feedback to leave for a peer who really sucks at everything y'all have worked together on? It's about the time where everyone on my team requests feedback from each other and I'm nervous for it coming up. My manager knows that everything I've worked w her on I end up doing 90% of the work when it's meant to be split so it is a known issue. We're both at level 3 so are genuinely peers. Been contracted for almost a year and I have all the experience for full time technician, I just can't afford the price of the tests.
