Posting this here makes more sense. Planning a new fitness routine. Older guy so generally 30 minutes and moderately high intensity. Not interested in size - this is about overall strength and fitness. At home. Thoughts on what I might be missing? Not a specific core thing but nearly all require good core. Shuttle run is at increasing intervals. Dog cat would include pushups. Planning no feet rope climbs but will take a while to get full length.

I know this is late (only just found this bowl) but curious to hear how you’re getting on with this routine? Looks like a solid cardio routine with some weighted work thrown in (esp for upper body). I’d maybe swap one of your rowing or shuttle run days for a more strength focused lower body day (squats/deadlifts/lunges etc). Doesn’t have to be super heavy, can incorporate it into a circuit as seems to be your exercise preference.
Happy to chat and go into more details if you want, DM me (I’m a qualified PT on the side).

DO YOU JUST ASSUME THE COST OF YOUR MARKETING ACTIVITIES? I am looking to allocate their cost in the marketing budget in a way that won't rely on several layers of assumptions. How do you reliably estimate the cost of different marketing activities (email, social, web, etc) when you don't have specific people or tools allocated to each function and costs are spread across many channels? Ads seems the easiest, but even then there's time and overheads... I've been looking for a reliable model.
