Hi everyone! Does anyone in here work for Omada Health ? I have an interview next Wednesday for a PT Member Support Agent role and am unclear on what the pay could be. Glassdoor has the pay estimate at 42k-48k, but I found a comment where someone in the same role mentioned only getting paid $12/hr. I have 8 years of experience as a CSR but I’ve had a couple year gap in between now and my last job. TIA Any advice helps .

Definite yay. For my current job, I sent handwritten letters.

Handwritten though.....

Just do it. Nothing to lose and don't be remembered for not doing it.
Pretty much required if you want the job. Short and sweet, call back to something you talked about, thank them for their time.

Far from required, more like expected or a nice touch. Anyone that won't give you a job for not sending a thank you note is a dunce.

Yes.
Right now, I would send an email after an interview. Unless you know the physical address of your interviewer
To add onto greys point, i would forgo any physical contact if you can. A letter to anyone could put them and or letter carriers at unnecessary risk
Thank you letter are good to do. Even if I don't get the role I still send thank you letters
Big yay energy. But seriously that stuff goes a long way. And handwriting a note is even better but a simple email is amazing too.
I always send a follow up thank you! Even to the assistants. Everyone is helping you in the door. It’s the least you can do!
I find it nice.
