Accenture Strategy is now part of the same ‘Go to market’ group as Consulting. Basically just means MDs in that group get rewarded for selling more than just either strategy or consulting work. We do more than one thing so we want our MDs selling more than one thing. Strategy is still a separate group with different branding, offering, and comp from consulting. As a strategy person you would not do more consulting work, just that the two teams go to market together. Essentially we want 100% conversion of strategy projects into long-haul consulting projects.
