Also anything else you would like to add is good for me to decide as I have to choose between Accenture and Kyndryl (I was with Accenture and know what I will be getting and work there).
Tata Consultancy I am a manager in Capgemini... have an offer frm TCS. the designation being offered is Assistant Consultant.. 9.8 years experience( 5 yrs with Cap) Even though I am getting a package of 25Lakhs.. it seems like a demotion in designation.. Cg has offered to match upto 23.5 lakhs.. Is it worth moving to TCS on this grade? My primary reason for moving out of Cg is i m bored of beauocracy and WLB at current project. Is it a good idea to still switch with the counter offer from Cg Capgemini Tata Consu

I had Irish twins. I took 2 years off, I just needed to be with my babies. There was financial sacrifice, sure. But it wasn’t hard to get back in the game as I had good relationships. I even got into a better agency than the one I left and built a more solid reel. Then I parlayed that into an EP gig at a smaller “family friendly” creative shop where there was a better work/life balance. There are times when I felt I should have been home more. I don’t want to be a SAHM though as that would drive me crazy. It also helps that my husband doesn’t travel a ton and can wfh most of the time. My kids are in middle school now, and I’m still winging it! The most important thing I’ve learned: find your “people” at your kids' school, in your neighborhood, wherever. It really does take a village.
My Life: Wake up, get kids ready for school, drop daughter at day care, son at full day Kindergarten get to the office around 8:15. Work through lunch. Leave at 5:30. Pick up Son from After Care and Daughter from day care. Eat dinner, read kids books and put them to bed, work from 8p until whenever. Keep weekends as free as humanly possible. Husband gets dinner on the table and lucky to live close to family for those travel shoots. Running along ok, but seriously need to find the me time (exercise) and hubby time.
