Deloitte is the bigger name and pays a bit better but Grant Thronton has way nicer people and known to have a way better cultre and work environment. What should I do? No. I don’t like imposing things on others. We just kept our distance for the first couple months.
I told all of my immediate family that they needed to get it when I was pregnant with my first. No one did. I figured me getting the tdap and breastfeeding would be enough protection so I dropped it.

No we didn’t
Super personal decision but normally the answer is yes. We didn’t, and my baby came early and we forgot about getting my husband an appointment. We also didn’t let anyone besides us hold her without a mask for like 6 weeks so we weren’t as concerned.
My personal opinion though would likely be anyone who’s going to have regular contact.
Yes, everyone who will be in close contact with the baby for at least first 2 months. I didn’t expect any push back and didn’t get any but wouldn’t really care if they wanted to or not, baby’s health comes first.
Yes, if they want to touch or hold the baby in the first 2 months.
No. I got the shot at 32 weeks so between antibodies transferring from the placenta and breastfeeding I thought the baby would have some immunity.

No, it’s really only a recommendation for those who will have close/prolonged contact so only my husband and mom got boosters. Flu shot is a non-negotiable for anyone other than a brief visitor, though.
Yep, family will be staying with us to visit since we are out of state. So I’ve already let them all know. Flu vaccine will be required too.
Yes. For any family that was going to come and stay with us when he was little (first couple months), we asked them to get the tdap vaccine.
