Product Managers how is your mental health ?

I have a question for my fellow PI paralegals in Texas. TPCIGA requires that we submit all medical bills through the clients insurance before proceeding further. The client in question has Aetna. I sent the bills with a cover letter to Aetna via certified mail. I am having so much trouble getting a status on said claim. Does anyone here have experience with that and can assist me? Any help or guidance is appreciated.

After 10 years of working as a FTE PM/producer I’ve now been laid off (thanks Covid) and am looking to start freelancing for the first time. What advice do you have for a new freelance PM/producer?
Also, what kind of insurance do you take out as a freelancer?

So I had been working as medical interpreter up to the early part of this year. Today, during an interview, the Director with whom I was interviewing genuinely urged me to consider pursuing a career as a PA or even attempt to go to medical school. I had considered it in passing before but today was about the third or fourth time that someone had earnestly nudged me in that direction. Has anyone here made such a career pivot before? I love working in healthcare, there’s nothing like it.

I left practice 12 years ago. I became the Director of International Programs at a law school, which was great for a while. But, the bureaucracy eventually got to me. While there, I started a podcast called The Lawyer’s Escape Pod, interviewing lawyers who’d switched careers. And that put me on my new path. I now coach lawyers who want to ditch the traditional work world and start creative or coaching businesses. Never been happier.

I've had a whoop for the past 8 months and since the last firmware update it simply doesn't actively synch and it's basically junk. My wife and I just had our second child, and we have also been dealing with her cervical cancer diagnosis. It has been a stressful year, to say the least. I want to do something nice for her, but money is tight right now because of the cancer treatment costs, and her being on unpaid leave because of the cancer treatments. What is something low cost I can do that will be a nice “couples thing” so we can de-stress, but also make her feel special?
