Trying to explain to my non consulting friend that your salary can climb by 60k easily in 4 years. Please share your experiences of this guys (more examples the better)

I have a pretty good idea that I’m being undervalued & underpaid. Anyone willing to share base salaries for account manager/account executive/sales lead for food/CPG industry? Any companies considering inflation raises or have already committed to increasing annual merit to match inflation? If so, willing to share % raise?

Feeling like I’ve been “bait-and-switched”…

I’ve been interviewing at an agency with the intention of filling a Director role. Recruitment reached out soon after my last meet-and-greet interview (about 6 to 7 people total) to tell me the team thinks I would be best suited for an Associate Director role with a fast follow of a Director promotion.

Recruitment can’t tell me what feedback is creating this gap but also won’t stop mentioning the positive praise and feedback the team had for me.

How many levels in Staff? What is the min YOE is required to be a Senior?
How many months/years minimum we need to spend to be eligible for promotion (ex: minimum 1 year a person need to spend on one grade like that)

Any Bridge Engineers/Structural Engineers in here? I got my PE this year and have 5 YOE in TX + an MS. What sort of raise would you expect for receiving your PE working in a consulting firm? I am EOR on a number of structures in development, I manage EITs and Drafters (within projects; I'm not a supervisor), and am doing a lot in general. I'm at 78k currently, which is apparently still in the upper range of EIT salaries per a job posting in CO. I'm thinking of 15% (5% merit, 10% PE). Any ideas?

Hello Belgium! Everyone happy with the salary bumps last year. For AD1/1 at KPMG there was a 6% bump. Don’t know about you guys? Inflation is double digits still so in January we’ll see another nice raise 🙏

Any one aware of the laptop purchasing policy at kgs. Where we can purchase a laptop for max 1 lac and kgs will pay the entire amount to us provided bill is in its name and kgs will deduct the same amount from our salary in 36 installments.
