Pros: stability, *can* be some legitimately cool work that you can't find in commercial, projects typically capped at 40-45 hours/wk
Cons: pay tends to range from less to way less than commercial, can be stuck in butts in seats staff aug, project hour caps can impact utilization given other variables, red tape on clients' part can be horrendous, generally a slow moving environment

Pros: 20 hour work weeks
Cons: you don’t feel like you worked all that hard to get the money you make and you feel bad for everyone else

Confirming GPS is the most boring 12 hours of my day, every day, behind watching the ceiling paint dry while I lay in bed.
Pros: hours, clients (if you’re working for the agency you want) and team most of the time.
Cons: pay, bs, number of ‘bosses’, firm contributions, pointless meetings.
Feel like i saw a bunch of folks from GPS move to 'strategy and analytics'. Didnt know big 4 mobility was that easy, from what i heard in the padt it was quite difficult
